    I think #4 is the hardest for me. My son doesn’t want to eat just grilled chicken, broccoli and apples for lunch. He wants bbq sauce on that grilled chicken, butter for the broccoli and peanut butter for the apples.

    Being a diabetic I would agree that it is vital to pre chop and have ready your snacks. Yours look so great in the pictures, so fresh. Having extra fruits on hand is a big help in trying to eat healthier.

    These are all great tips. I already have to read labels since my youngest has many severe food allergies. I bet that would make things so much easier. I swear our family should just switch to fruits and veggies with nothing else and he’d be safe.

    These are great tips. For the most part I do follow these but I’m a sucker for chips and gummies. Those are the 2 hardest things to cut out.

    These are great tips! I try to cook healthy for my family, but it can be difficult at times. I definitely know that drinking a lot of water always makes me feel amazing though! 🙂

    I like your tips they are really easy to follow and it’s little steps at a time.The hardest for me would be reading the labels because for some reason I’m always in a rush when shopping.

  20. I think this guide is great. I have started eating organic foods and cut back on some of my old habits with eating certain foods. I definitely like the meals six times a day. I love these tips!
